Working with People in Teams

Aims:

To enable delegates to understand, identify and develop the skills and attributes required to work successfully as part of a team.

Objectives:

By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

·        Describe the development process in the formation and termination of a team

·        Identify the need for and development of a range of teamwork roles and styles

·        Identify the need for and understand the interdependence of team roles

One Day Course Programme

The course is based on the end to end creation and demise of teams and the stages encountered as effectiveness improvement is sought and takes place.  The delegates will examine the need to establish task and role clarity together with the appropriate styles for success.  The role of complementary teams and teamwork is also covered and the importance of synergy in cross-team working.
