Training Needs Analysis

Aims:

To equip candidates with the knowledge to conduct training needs analysis and begin or refine development of the skills to carry TNA out.

Objectives:

By the end of the course candidates will be able to:

·        Identify the fundamental elements of a Training Needs analysis

·        Be aware of techniques available to assess each of the fundamental elements

·        Be able to assess the best use of TNA in their organisation

·        Start the process of development of the skills necessary to carry out TNA

One Day Course Programme

The course is designed to help candidates recognise the knowledge, skills and attitudes required by staff in the workplace through a structured process of evidence gathering.  The course covers the comparisons of actual and required factors in assessing the training and development needs of the individual, team or organisation.  Suitable for newly promoted managers/supervisors or those with an identified need to increase TNA skill levels.
