course is designed to help candidates recognise the knowledge, skills and
attitudes required by staff in the workplace through a structured process
of evidence gathering. The
course covers the comparisons of actual and required factors in assessing
the training and development needs of the individual, team or organisation.
Suitable for newly promoted managers/supervisors or those with an
