Aims:
This
course will help delegates to deal with conflict in the context of
Business and the Workplace.
Objectives:

the end of the course delegates will be able to:

situations in which interpersonal or inter-group conflict exists

Describe
processes which can be used to deal with actual or potential conflict

List and
begin development of the skills necessary to deal with conflict in the
workplace
One Day Course Programme
Few
people relish the thought of having to deal with conflict but Managers and
Supervisors may find themselves in situations where conflict impedes
progress.
The
course is designed to help Mangers/Supervisors recognise situations where
relationships that are impeding business progress exist.
The course covers the processes and skills needed to be developed
to deal effectively with conflict.
