5.      Managing negotiations

Benefits and Compensation - Half Day

1.      Determine and implement benefits/compensation strategy

2.      Compile appropriate benefits/compensation criteria

3.      Review, select and implement reward process

Resource Management - One Day

1.      Develop and implement resourcing strategy and plans

2.      Compile, implement and monitor recruitment, deployment, and release procedures

3.      Assess utilisation of resources

4.      Manage and review resources

Human Resource Development - One Day

1.      Compile, communicate and implement development strategy

2.      Manage performance – planning, allocating, evaluating

3.      Select and develop people with potential

4.      Build and develop self-directed work teams
